The products can only be refunded if it is damaged during shipping or the customer has received an incorrect product then ordered.If you have received a damaged product ,you must inform our customer service within 3 business days.Digital pictures will be requested for the damaged item in order to judge the damage.No shippment will be asked from the customer if not satisfied.
As these products are hand made so there will be imperfections in it.The color and pattern will be different then seen in the picture.We strongly recommend that our customers ask for multiple pictures befor final purchase.
